Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

Article 1 – Purpose:
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Wander & Wonder Nature Club and the Client. Any registration and any use of the services provided by Wander & Wonder Nature Club implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which shall prevail over any other general or specific terms not expressly approved by Wander & Wonder Nature Club.

Article 2 – Services and Duration:
Wander & Wonder Nature Club commits to delivering sessions in English, conducted by an instructor who is either a native speaker or has proven experience in teaching or leading forest educational activities in English. There is always a lead guide that speaks French as well.

Article 3 – Price and Payment:
Prices indicated in the pricing brochures include all applicable taxes. Payment is due in full on the day of registration. Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash or credit card.

Article 4 – Registration:
Registration for Wander & Wonder Nature Club classes is only considered complete once the registration form has been filled out, signed, and full payment of the registration fees has been made.

Article 5 – Cancellation:
All registrations are considered a firm commitment. No refunds will be granted in the event of cancellation by the client. In cases of duly justified force majeure (e.g., hospitalization of the child), a credit may be offered as an exception and upon presentation of appropriate documentation. Wander & Wonder Nature Club reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than 3 children are enrolled.

Article 6 – Child Drop-off, Pick-up, and Late Arrivals:
Children must be accompanied to the responsible instructor no more than 5 minutes before the session begins and picked up within 5 minutes after it ends. Any delay beyond this constitutes a late pick-up, whether or not it has been communicated in advance.

To ensure the smooth running of activities and children's safety, a childcare fee of €10 per 15-minute period started will be charged for any delay.

A justified delay is an exceptional and unforeseeable event such as an accident, a medical emergency, or major public transport disruption, and must be supported by documentation if necessary. Traffic or poor time management does not constitute a valid excuse.

After three unjustified or repeated delays during the same activity period, Wander & Wonder Nature Club reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the child’s attendance, without refund.

Article 7 – Insurance:
Wander & Wonder Nature Club cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Families are required to have liability insurance for children enrolled in Wander & Wonder Nature Club activities.

Article 8 – Non-Solicitation Agreement:
The client agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, Wander & Wonder NatureClub’s instructors for any services other than those provided through Wander & Wonder Nature Club.

Article 9 – Behavior and Discipline:
In the event of inappropriate behavior by a participant that harms the moral standards or conduct of the sessions, Wander & Wonder Nature Club may, after a first warning to the participant (or to the parents if the participant is a minor), exclude the participant temporarily or permanently. The full service fee remains due to Wander & Wonder Nature Club.

Article 10 – Data Protection:
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the client has the right to access, modify, correct, oppose, or delete their personal data.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law. Any disputes arising from the application of these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts with jurisdiction over Wander & Wonder Nature Club.
